An Indian yoga instructor Jasbir Mann trapped in the fraud
while playing gambling game and transact online in Facebook. He lost around £11,878
in the online game on Facebook. According to telegraph, Jasbir Mann is a yoga
instructor who is belongs to Indian origin and runs yoga classes in Warwickshire
shows nearly 110 fraud transactions in poker gambling game site from his account.
Report also said that he saved the details of debit card on
social media site Facebook to pay advertisement fees to run their business on
the social media. He paid around £30 to bear the cost of advertisement. But
he was surprised when he shows the many transactions which are not done by him.
He shows transaction between £21 and £215 which were paid to online poker
game in the month of September.
Jasbir Mann was said that he don’t know how to play poker as well
as he didn’t gamble in single lottery ticket. When he contact the bank to
resolve the problem, the bank denied the debit card and bank said to remove
this transaction details from Facebook. So he contact Facebook via raising
dispute and Facebook removed such transaction details from the payment history.
And Facebook refunded £5,747 out of £11878 in 30 proportions.
He said that I am a simple yoga instructor not the millionaire
because Facebook and Barclays has taken so much time to refund the stolen
money. Telegraph giving the pressure to Facebook to refund the money. After the
pressure Facebook refunded £6132 finally without any talk or explanation of
this fraud. After sometime Facebook speak about this and full refund was made
to the compromiser’s account Facebook also denied to say how fraud has been
done in the secure network.
