Given 10 things we should not do while charging our smartphone because all smartphone batteries have expiry date and also smartphone have expiry date so it is depending on your use of smartphone. If you use smartphone wisely and smartly then battery and smartphone can be live long. It’s all depend on using of smartphone. Peoples have many habits while charging the smartphone which can expire your smartphone very fast. There are some habits of people which should not do while charge the smartphone.

1. Should charging phone with it’s company authorized charger

You should charge your smartphone with its own charger always because if you use other unknown charger, it affects to smartphone’s battery capacity, performance, storage capacity and smartphone’s validity for use. It can be happen due to replacement charger or other charger’s output voltage and ampere could not match with its own charger. So ensure that using of its own charger is increasing the capacity, performance and validity of the smartphone as well as battery.

2. Should not use unknown company chargers

You should not use the duplicate chargers or chargers which are manufactured by unknown companies. It can be dangerous while charge the smartphone. Charging with chargers of unknown manufacturers can decrease the capacity of smartphone, battery performance. You should not charge the smartphone with unknown chargers because of they not gives the protection over fluctuation of power and charging capacity.

3. Should not do consistent charging

You should avoid the charging constantly. Because battery draining fast after some times of constant charging. Charging capacity will be over if you will do constant charging. There is one tip if you want to increase the battery life which is charge the battery when goes around 20% or less.

4. Should not use smartphone while connected to power bank

When smartphone is connected to power bank, you should not use the smartphone because of temperature increase while connect to the power bank. Power bank is the device which should promise of protection by battery charging capacity, voltage and ampere as well as short circuit.

5. Should not use battery related third party apps

You should avoid use of third party apps which is related to battery support. It affects the background process because it runs consistently and close all other running apps. And for earning they gives advertisement on the lock screen. Please do not install such apps which can show your memory low as well as battery draining fast.

6. Only use power banks which authorized by mobile companies

Such power banks gives promise of protection for voltage and ampere surge, short-circuit, and over voltage or over charging. All those features ensure about battery is higher validity. It saves from over voltage as well as short circuit. Use power banks which smartphone companies recommended.

7. Should not use fast charging all the time

Fast charging is not a sign of high capacity of battery power for all time. Sometime fast charging can be happen due to some technical problems in the battery as well as smartphone. If you use the fast charger for charging it is not advisable for its battery life. This chargers sends higher power to the smartphone while charging so smartphone’s temperature will go high in couple of minutes. Use regular charging setting or use authorised charger to charge the smartphone. If smartphone temperature will go high while charging via fast charging, please switch off the smartphone for a time while it will be return to normal room temperature.

8. Never charge smartphone whole night

Never use smartphone while charging as well as do not charge your smartphone whole night. It affect the battery life after some time. In all smartphone, there is a facility of auto stop charging when charging complete but it runs on some power which can affect the battery capacity.

9. Should remove the protection case while charge the smartphone

Remove protective case while charging the smartphone because temperature will go up if protective case is connected.

10. Full charging is not compulsory 

Try charging smartphone battery up to 80% because it is not compulsory to charge it full. From one research 80% charged smartphone battery runs longer then fully charged.
